Washed processed lot of Bourbon, Caturra & Pache varieties produced by Sotero Cano at his farm Los Nisperos in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region.
Creamy body, vanilla fudge & apricot
Great for espresso machines, mocha pots (stove-tops), Aeropress & cafetière. Delicious on its own and with milk.
A beautifully clean and expressive washed processed Gesha variety produced by the team at El Refugio farm owned and run by Uribe Agudelo family.
Silky, delicate and floral, peach & elderflower cordial
Great for filter brewing (drip/pourover, aeropress, cafetière). Best enjoyed on its own, without milk.
Deliciously sweet and silky special preparation lot of SL28, SL14 and Nyasaland varieties, produced by The Coffee Gardens team in Sironko District, Uganda. During processing the cherry skin with mucilage (pulp) that is removed when de-pulping is then added back into the tank to ferment together with the coffee for 23hrs before it is washed and dried.
Silky mouthfeel, golden syrup & pomegranate
Great for filter coffee brewing (V60 and other drip filter methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière). Great on its own as well as with a drop of milk.
