Our seasonal, all rounder espresso. Our community espresso changes three time a year, sourced from the same communities year after year. This coffee is a washed processed lot of field Arabica varieties from the growers of El Zapoteco association based in Santo Domingo Cacalotepec in Sierra Juarez, Oaxaca.
Creamy body, nutty milk chocolate & raisins
Great for espresso machines, mocha pots (stove-tops), Aeropress & cafetière. Delicious on its own and with milk.
Classic and utterly delicious washed lot of Red Bourbon varieties produced by the Vunga Cooperative from the Nyabihu region in Rwanda.
Juicy body, nectarine & honey
Great for filter coffee brewing (V60 and other drip filter methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière)
Best enjoyed black
Special preparation Castillo variety from Finca El Paraiso run by the Bermudez family in Piendamo municipality, Cauca depatment, Colombia. Processed using their Y05 protocol, fermented in yeast-mediated bio-reactor environment and thermal shock washed.
Expect wild strawberries, sweets and tinned peach juice!
Great for filter brewing (drip/pourover, aeropress, cafetière). Best enjoyed on its own, without milk.
